This is just a page to let you know who I am before all the design work goes on!
I have loved dancing since I went to see the Royal Festival Ballet at the age of 5 and insisted that I start learning. I first started Greek dance, then ballet and then Contemporary Dance. I actually fell in love with flamenco after seeing a group perform in Seville at the age of 10. I am a qualified music and dance teacher – studying Laban at Homerton College, Cambridge and being taught at the same time by Mavis Crabtree who danced in the Graham Company in New York. I performed with the Cambridge Contemporary Dance Group directed by Liebe Klug and with Richard Alston´s Strider, in my early 20s. When after 15 years learning and performing early dance with a group called Good Companie we disbanded, I found flamenco. I love it and am now in Jerez taking classes with teachers such as Maria Mar del Moreno and Ana Maria Lopez. I have attended courses with teachers such as Olga Pericet, Rafaela Carrasco, Felipe Mato, Angel Munoz and Andres Pena. This is my journey immersing myself in the flamenco world.
Oh yes the food bit. Well if you look at my diaries since the age of 5 I have been fascinated by food. I nearly trained in the hotel industry. But didn´t find my metier until ironically after finding I have a heart condition I trained as a naturopathic nutritionist. I am now building my client base and love seeing people regain their health after following the naturopathic principles.
